Simple Raw Food Tips!!

Here are some raw food tips taken directly from Judita Wignall’s Book, Going Raw,
on how to make raw food easy.
Once a week make:
 One-two salad dressings that will last a week
 Nut milk for smoothies or granola
 One batch of hummus [or Victoria’s un-tuna recipe]
 A couple snacks such as cheesy kale chips
Once a month make:
 A double batch of flax crackers
 One batch of Granola
 One or two batches of Basic Raw Chocolate
Always keep lots of fresh fruit and vegetables around to snack on:
 Collard greens to make veggie wraps
 Ripe Avocados
 Frozen Bananas for smoothies
 Nut butters to spread on fruit
Bring dried fruit, nuts, fruit and/or veggie sticks to snack on with you!

Remember that making raw food takes some planning, so remember to plan ahead. I
like to make my preparations for the week on my day off from work. Remember a
little bit of effort = deliciousness for the rest of the week!
